Since its founding in June 2004, Shenzhen Smartcom Business Co., Ltd. Our customers include Huawei and other large and medium enterprises. Over the years, we have accumulated a wealth of experience in business receptions, conference planning, travel services, and hotel operations and management. We have established a smart business travel service system and an end-to-end management process and obtained certifications for international air ticket agencies and travel agencies. We currently provide services in over 200 countries and regions around the world to help enterprises achieve business success.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd., Smartcom operates under a presidential responsibility system in which the president takes charge under the leadership of the Board of Directors. We provide high-end market-oriented business services and business travel services for Huawei and other large and medium enterprises.

2024
Introduced a Pangu-based travel model, the first foundation model for the travel management industry.
Built platforms for vehicle use outside the Chinese mainland and European railway services, and updated travel services outside the Chinese mainland.
Launched a hotel tender and procurement system to improve resource introduction efficiency.
Introduced new distribution capabilities (NDCs) for international air tickets and direct connections to Chinese airline websites, and comprehensively improved the automated issuance, rescheduling, and refunding of international air tickets.
Opened a Huawei store at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport.
Opened a Huawei store at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
Built and launched Watt Exhibition Hall.

Launched the Chinese mainland vehicle service for the last mile of travel.

Launched the Amber Elite Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Designed the names and logos of five Amber brands.

Founded Shenzhen Smartcom International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
