Founded in June 2004, Smartcom has remained committed to listening to the voice of customers continuous improvement process adhering to the spirit of craftsmen,the pursuit of excellence Creating opportunities,balancing risks. . Our customers include Huawei and other mid- and large-sized enterprises. Over the years, we have accumulated rich experience in business receptions, travel services, management of traveling resources (both in China and worldwide), and hotel management. We have established a smart business travel service system and an end-to-end management system. Our subsidiaries have been certified as international or domestic plane ticket agencies and travel agencies, providing services in over 200 countries and regions around the world.
In 2015, Smartcom achieved robust growth in all business segments: personal travels, business travels, hotels,customer receptions, and exhibition services. We became more efficient in terms of procurement, IT, finance management, and HR management, and made profound organizational changes. We also honed our expertise to earn greater customer recognition. As a result, Smartcom generated CNY1.409 billion in annual revenue, a 26% increase compared to the previous year, with operating profits up 28%.
Shenzhen Smartcom Business Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, Smartcom CEO takes ownership over the company. Smartcom operates independently from Huawei, and adopts a market-driven approach to provide premium business services and business travel services to Huawei and mid- and large-sized enterprises.
Shenzhen Smartcom consists of four subsidiaries: Beijing Smartcomtravel International Travel Service Co., Ltd., Smartcom (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., Nanjing Smartcom Hotel Management Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Smartcom International Travel Service Co., Ltd.

Founded Shenzhen Smartcom International Travel Service Co., Ltd.
Provided services for the HUAWEI CONNECT 2016, an annual flagship event of the company
Set to open Shenzhen Amber Plaza Hotel (four-star) and Amber Prime Hotel (five-star) later this year
2015
Upgraded the iTravel system to serve Huawei's 84 offices in over 200 countries and regions and offer self-services in China and other 23 countries
Founded Nanjing Smartcom Hotel Management Co., Ltd., and opened Nanjing Amber House Hotel
Opened the Food Court at Huawei's Shenzhen headquarters, offering various cuisines, including Western, Thai, Japanese, and Korean
