Base Salary
We provide a competitive base salary for employees based on their positions, and review their base salaries each year according to their job competency, performance results, and market pay level.
Performance Salary
An employee's performance pay, closely related to his/her performance results and contributions, is distributed on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis.
