Learning & Development
We encourage employees to take responsibility for their own learning and development by defining expectations for them and establishing a guidance mechanism, and learning and sharing platforms. We also provide training opportunities for employees to improve personal skills, enhance Smartcom's core competencies, and enable shared success of the company, employees, and customers.
We provide two career development paths at Smartcom—managerial and professional paths—based on competency & qualification (C&Q) and positions.
We have established a sound training system in line with the two career development paths
to facilitate the fast growth of employees.
Comprehensive training sessions:
We attach great importance to new employee development and training. In addition to NEO, we also assign a mentor to each employee and provide pre-job and on-job business training to help employees integrate into the company more quickly.
